LCI Study - Final Recomendations Public Input Meeting January 26, 2011

After months of analysis , alternative development, and concept testing, the draft recommendation of the City of Doraville 2010 Downtown Master Plan Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) are almost ready for unveiling.


In two weeks a public open house will be held for greater Doraville stakeholders to review and comment on the plans before they are finalized:

At the meeting you will have the opportunity to examine:

- A vision for establishing a quality, mixed-use employment center on the GM site
- Concepts for the existing Doraville town center
- Sidewalk, roadway, and transit upgrades
- Open space and greenway projects
- Economic development strategies
- Zoning, land use, and design concepts
- And much more!

Your feedback from this meeting will be used to provide the consultant team with important feedback before the plan is finalized. This will ensure that the plan truly meets the objectives of the community's diverse stakeholders.
