CSTTOM Limitations on Operations - Postponed to 1/31/11

Parks and Recreation Department Needs - Modified budget reducing part-time budget line-item and increasing salary line-item providing a raise for Parks & Rec Employees, $5,000 each.  Approved 4-1 (Pachuta voting no)

Motion to add Mayor's Leave of Absence Resolution to the Agenda Failed 3-2 (Alexander, Fleming, Roche voting no)
